How to Return an Item

All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags still attached. Please ensure that the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during the return shipment. -
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return shipping instructions. Please ship the item back to the address provided in the instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged. If the item is incorrect or damaged, Cerric will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return label to use.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. Important Notes
